The manga has 85 chapters in total, however, the anime only gets to Chapter 32. Therefore, even though there hasn’t been any information about “Maid Sama!” In season 2, there would be plenty of material to draw on.
After Misaki and Usui start dating, the manga goes more into Usui’s family problems. All that conflict causes a rift between the new pair because his family forbids him from dating someone who is allegedly of a lower socioeconomic class.
Nevertheless, despite Usui’s family’s insistence that he change schools, the two do get hitched at the manga’s conclusion, ten years after Usui’s high school graduation. This plot would likely be repeated in “Maid Sama!” season 2, but fans can read it now if they don’t want to wait.
